Ces fiches visaient \u00e0 recueillir des informations associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle des enseignants et des formateurs au sein de leurs \u00e9tablissements ou structures d\u2019exercice, \u00e0 leurs exp\u00e9riences professionnelles en tant qu\u2019enseignants ou formateurs, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 leur parcours d\u2019\u00e9tudes et de formation. Une partie du document \u00e9tait \u00e9galement d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 des questions ouvertes sur la s\u00e9ance film\u00e9e (dur\u00e9e et classe(s) concern\u00e9e(s)), choisie par l&rsquo;enseignant ou le formateur pour \u00eatre l\u2019objet de l\u2019observation.
